Starts at a Run
This story doesn’t start at a slow pace. It starts with a run and immediately captures the imagination.
Someone is missing. Has escaped. Is she being held by bandits? Turns out it’s nothing like that but the immediate action grabs the attention at once. I love that.
The main character arrives at a house to see her relative but is not really welcomed. There is obviously some mystery here!
