I saw this book was on the Richard and Judy picks which usually is a good sign! I have read a ll of her other books and this is another good read. The story is well written and flips between the perspective of Vicky Baudin and her grandmother . The characters are a delight, easy to get to know and easy to follow.
I enjoyed the relationship between Vicky and Clemence as they have lots of things to deal with during the course of the story throughout the story. There is plenty contained in the story to keep you wanting to read more. I found the print small but this is the publishers issue. The short chapters were enjoyable as you can just read a short bit when you have time - although its easy to want to read more!
Night Train to Marrakech is a great one of of Dinah Jeffries other books, its imaginative and a lovely story. manages to capture your imagination.
