i dont ever read about the author until the end and was very surprised to find that such a young girl had written this very real and gritty book!
its all about a young girl who was wrongly killed by the police and treated real bad for being innocent. her mum is in prison as her younger sister died by falling into the pool as no one was watching her. she also has a brother who takes her into his care when their parents are no longer about but he basically leaves her to it. he cant pay the rent as he believes he is going to become a rapper and be rich. she turns to the streets to look after her neighbours kid.
she gets into sleeping with the police and it all hits the fan when someone grasses them up. she has to go to court but all the charges get dropped. its all about the Justice of it as it really does happen in real life.
