The first think that jumped out at me was the incredibly moving descriptions in this novel. I felt like I was there with Sama and Hadi. I loved the inclusion of extras at the beginning of the novel, it really helped to set the scene. I also love books with multiple points of view. Recently, the books I’ve read with multiple POV’s have not labeled when the characters have changed. I was so excited to see clear name labels at the start of the chapters! I’ve been left desperately wanting to know if Sama and Hadi can get back to each other again!
