I feel this intimate of a view of a Syrians treatment, should be compulsory reading.
I've only read the preview so far but I personally can't begin to imagine the experiences others, from war zones and who suffer discrimination and racial mistreatment.
This preview however gives an intimate, front row seat of the characters.
Already my emotions have been stirred and my sadness for the actions of mankind peaks.
As hard as it may be I truly do feel stories such as these should be compulsory reading, as many of us can't appreciate what others go through. Books like this begin to bridge that gap, if only more would pick up the books.
