This novel tells the human side of those that had their refugee visas revoked unexpectedly as they tried to enter the US in Januay 2017. Heavily pregnant Sama decides to surprise her husband at the airpot arrivals after waiting for a worryingly long time she finally gets a call from him.This is an emotional read as the unfairness of Trumps travel ban is bought to life through this young couple. I really enjoyed the writing style and found it moving. I really want to find out what happens to them.
