This book has a gorgeous cover that caught my attention from the start. Having read the first look I am already invested in the story of Sama and Hadi. The book has a heart-breaking start as Sama goes into labour whilst her husband Hadi is held at the airport due to the banning of Syrian refugees in the US. I look forward to reading more though expect the book to be very sad.
