I found reading this book almost poetic. I thought the descriptions as well as the writing style were just beautiful and they really brought this book to life.
The book was fast paced with short snappy chapters which made it flow really well.
I liked seeing the story from the two characters perspectives and thought that added a really good dynamic as although they had both come from the same place, they had very different journeys getting there.
For me the book was a bit too short, I would have liked to hear more from there story. Also without giving anything away, I was slightly disappointed by the ending. I would have preferred it to not be quite so open.
Overall I really enjoyed reading this book and devoured it in a day so I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a quick, but really enjoyable book to read. I rated it four stars so very good!
