I would like to say thank you for the advance copy of this book but overall I found the storyline lacking in originality and the atmosphere of the book in general to be uninspiring and a bit bland. I read a lot of crime and thriller books and this just failed to keep me thrilled shall we say. It was well written and a good book but it resembled too many of the other crime/ thrillers that I have already read for me. It was the same stuff rewritten.
Credit where credit is due it was well written and the characters were good and maybe had I not read similar books before I would have found it more thrilling but it isn’t one that will stick in my mind for a long time if I’m honest.
I’d recommend it though if you haven’t read many other thrillers that are of similar appeal.
