This book is powerful. The first line of this book got me hooked and I could not put it down. The story although distressing at times was an important story to tell. It deals with the topic of rape and sexual assault beautifully. The character of Stacy woods. Is a character that I think we can all take to our hearts I don't think that you can read this book and not feel something that will greatly move you. It is overwhelming at times. The language was straight and too the point and I like that in a novel. I loved this book. I would recommend it to anyone including victims of sexual assault.
