This was a very raw and emotional read that had me hooked from the beginning. I could not stop turning the pages and by the end it had me reaching straight away for the second book, No Shame.

This was my first introduction to Ann Cassidy's writing and she skillfully took me on a rollercoaster of emotions. I instantly warmed to the main character, Stacey Wood, and went on a journey with her from the start to the end of the novel. I also really liked her best friend Patrice, who showed no judgement and provided such support, love and friendship during Stacey's horrific ordeal.
I found this book really hard to review as it has profoundly moved me. As a young woman I'm grateful for this book and wish it was something I had access to when I was at school.
