Admittedly, this is not my usual genre of book.
But I have been able to read and digest this book without any kind of expectations as to what should typically happen.
The idea for the novel is great, a civil war has ended and Tenard has built a wall dividing North and South. The North are victorious however the people in the south won’t simply roll over and give up.
Dyce and Vida, two survivors in the South, are on a mission to take the leader Renard down and unite everyone once again. However not only is the wall preventing them, but diseases are spread in the wind and every person infected reacts to the viruses individually.
A good book if you enjoy the current trend of the apocalyptic genre.
