This book kept me gripped right from the start! This post apocalypse book follows the South residence as they fight for their lives from Renard who is dictating their lives by sending viruses that kill through the air from the North and over the wall into the South. If you like The Road by Cormac Mcarthy then this is a book for it! It follows a few key characters, switching between them each chapter so you get to experience their view and their thoughts about the events around them.
This book holds lots of action, some shocking revelations and unexpected twists. You feel for certain characters and even those I initially disliked, I began to feel sorry for.
So I would definitely recommend this book to be read by all!
