From the first few pages of the book it was easy to see that Stefan Merrill Block's writing style is very verbose and descriptive. This is something many people will enjoy but for others it will make the book drag and become boring. Unfortunately I have to say I'm in the latter group and therefore have no interest in reading any more of this book.
I adore the cover and think it fits very well with what I read of the book as astrology is mentioned many times in just the first chapter.
