As someone who's currently obsessed with all the contemporary fiction books - which are based on reality and the current problems we're facing such as school shootings, mass shootings etc. this book seems really appealing and insightful.
I love how it shows how such innocent people are capable of causing large catastrophic disasters, impacting the lives of many.
After reading 'When Time Runs Out' (a book I also won from Readers First which was about a shooting) I felt really... emotional I guess, heartbroken by how such purity and innocence can be taken away from someone.
Overall, this book does seem really gripping and though the cover isn't the most eye-catching thing - I must say that it's very subtle as it doesn't actually foreshadow much of the book itself.
