Oliver Loving Does Have The Makings Of An Outstanding Read

From the first paragraph, my heart was truly broken. I don't often say that about books, it's a rarity. But with Oliver Loving, a novel about a horrific shooting during a high school dance and the aftermath a decade later, I really got to see how one family's life completely changed, all because of a few seconds of horrific brutality someone took. Oliver is in a coma, but with the first chapter, he really speaks to you. The use of the word 'You' made me feel like I was with him on a journey. He speaks of memories and visual surroundings in his growing up, life that has truly turned into a nightmare.

The cover is beautiful and the font of the text really does fit nicely in with the background. I'm very excited to see where the story will go, I would love to be a part of the discovery with Oliver.
