Oliver Loving written by Stefan Merrill Block focuses on the story on the victims of a school shooting and how it effects their families as well as society and how it changes the perspective of the people in the town.
I believe this noel is very relevant and helps address a topic that many refuse to bring up or acknowledge as an issue which is the threat of guns in our society. This novel s brutally honest about the effects on everyone and is emotionally raw making you reflect on the actions of others.
The characters where so real and emotional and this story digs so deep to prove that everything can change with just one decision.
A must read for everyone and will hopefully open a lot of peoples eyes about the horrors of this issue that is sadly still extremely relevant.
