After reading the short review I'm drawn to this book for it's moving storyline.
It starts with Grace who is living with her grandmother, but when the grandmother dies she ends up living with her aunt Hattie. When Grace finds she is pregnant her aunt hides her away until the baby is born and then puts the child up for adoption.
The plot continues with the adoptive mother and the child which grows and becomes a mother herself.
It sounds like a full on emotional story that I'd love to read.
