This is a very female-centric novel. It immediately used blood as a symbolism of maturity and strength and the thing which ties all women together.
I’m not really sure of the relevance of the cover art and it’s relevance to the journey of the characters within the book, but this promises to be a tale of heartbreaks, reunion and bonds that cannot be broken by distance
