This book starts off painting a very descriptive picture of the hotel & especially the ballroom but very soon the main character Raymond captures the imagination. There is clearly a back story waiting to be explored in further chapters. Throw in the new housekeeper Nancy & the scene is set for a very intriguing story. Can't wait to read more!!
