This book opens at a really poignant point, especially given the current Covid 19 situation and the many deaths the staff at St Thomas's have seen. The opening chapter is based at St Thomas's and the minute silence they hold for the poor people who died in a tragic accident. It envoked all sorts of feelings and emotions in me and spurred me on to want to rip at the next pages to see how this was going to unfold. I was hooked from then on in. Can't wait to read more.
