Good story shame about the typos
The story for One Split Second was good and the writing compulsive. I just had to read one more chapter and then one more until before I knew it, I had finished the book!
It was full of dilemmas, cliff hangers and sliding door moments and the ending I predicted did not happen. It is an ideal read for lovers of Jodi Piccoult and Nicholas Sparks.
HOWEVER, I cannot forgive the publishers and proof readers for offering this book for sale in its current state. There were over 50 typos that I spotted (I can provide a list if required as the only way I could get past these was to mark them with a tab in order to forget about them and carry on with the story.)
If the book had been properly proof read and corrected, I would definitely have awarded it 5 stars but in its current state, it only gets 3!
