This book follows the aftermath of a car crash involving some teens after a party. It focusses on those people's families and also the repercussions that the accident had on their lives.
I found it difficult to connect with any of the characters, especially in the first third of the book, I think this may be because of how there are so many characters introduced and the book jumps between many different perspectives that it's difficult to keep track of how they're connected and what their relationship is with one another.
This book deals with a lot of grief and loss and I found it a really sad and melancholy read, but it is quite engaging towards the end.
I think this the book to read if you would like an in-depth look at how different people and families deal with loss.
