I was so excited to read this and was eagerly awaiting its arrival as had heard so many good things about it. This was a definite 5 star read and the first book I have read from this author, I have since gone on to start reading Caroline Bonds other books. This was a perfect book to sit and read in the garden while shielding and once I had picked it up I couldn't put it down and read it in just over a day.
This book is such an emotional read and really makes you think about how life can change in one split second and recounts the effects that a tragic accident has on all of the families involved and how indeed life can change in the blink of an eye. The story was sensitively written and drew you into the emotions of how the characters were feeling.
