The cover isn't particularly appealing to me - it looks like the type of book my mum would read. However, the synopsis is intriguing and the opening chapter is suspenseful. I like the writing style. It flows well and the characters seem likeable and realistic. I'm interested in reading the rest of this book and seeing how the plot unravels.
