I really loved this thriller as it was completely different from anything I have read recently. So many thrillers are dark, but this one takes on a completely different type of setting and focuses on a normal everyday family. The front cover is gorgeous and wouldn’t lead you to believe some of the sorrow and hatred that can be found in the book.
I loved the story being told from two different perspectives and how we really get to know the members of the family, warts and all! Both Amy and Nick have completely different perspectives on events that happen in the book.
