The language in this book makes you feel at once as though you are in Rome on a sunny day as the descriptions are so good. The two main characters Alf and Letty are revealed to the reader slowly and intriguingly making you want to turn each page to see what you learn about them next. A romantic story set in a foreign land what more could you wish for.
