I really enjoyed the first look that i read but once i got to about Chapter 4 the characters starting merging and i forgot who was who. I thought Alf was after Letty but then in one chapter Alf had a girlfriend, that's how confused i got, i haven't finished the book yet and not sure if it's one i will pick up again. I was looking forward to reading this one as it was set in Rome and on first glance i knew where he was and could picture it very easily as i've previously visited Rome so i thought i would have an instant connection to the book. Maybe it's one to try a bit later one, sometimes books just don't grab and i lose patience with them. I'm hoping they go into more details about the characters.
