Only You was such a lovely read. I particularly enjoy reading books where we have multiple narrators taking turns to tell the story so this was perfect for me. It is the first book by Kate Eberlen that I have read and it’s a really great one to start with. I found it easy to get into and barely noticed the pages whizzing past. I felt quite sad when I reached the end as I had grown so fond of the characters. Having had a lovely visit to Rome in the past, this book brought back a lot of happy memories for me. It is a great place to set a novel. The story is slightly predictable in places but that doesn’t really matter for me. I enjoyed the chance to escape the doom and gloom of current times and get to know Letty and Alf.
