I was initially struck by the cover, but the brief synopsis gave me enough information to make the story interesting.
The story is based around a couple who meet in Rome during a language class. They fall in love.
However as is often the case their path is not smooth. There are obstacles to overcome.
I loved this book and the more I read the more I needed to read it.
However for me it was not just the romance, there was also the pure escapism while in Rome, the descriptions of various towns and locations, the sunshine, and of course the dancing around fountains.
A love story with a little bit of culture, sunshine, plus strictly thrown in.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting a little bit of sunshine in their lives.
