I wasn't expecting to like this book at all but found that I did to some degree. By the end of the book I did dislike the 2 main characters Henry and Grace because I thought that their characters were stupid and Grace was a horrible person. However in saying that the book is a perfect stray from the usual true love at first sight trope as it shows a more down to earth look on love especially at a young age about it sometimes being able to last forever but more often than not going supernova for a short period of time before guzzling out with both parties being left broken. I love that outlook as it is so much closer to the reality of this world and what love actually is. This is the reason I give it 4 stars. It would have 5 if the voice and flow of the text was more intriguing as I found the text lacked a dynamic voice.
