Not only did I find myself fully engrossed in the movie, it happened with the book too. The vulnerability of the characters truly spoke to me as it provided a side of teenagers that is never properly published.

I absolutely adored the characters of Henry and Grace, as well as Henry’s friends.

I normally get invested into the books I chose to read, and I 100% feel the emotions when the characters do, as well as the result to them. I find myself empathising with what is written, and I can honestly say that this book tore out my heartstrings, individually.

This book is about love, yet the poison of relationships really does make an appearance- which opens my eyes, and upsets me at the same time, and I found myself physically talking to the book, expressing my feelings.

I wish I could relate to the characters on a deeper level, but understanding them is enough.

This book really took its toll on me, and I love it for that
