Such a real, enlightening read!
This book really knew how to hit my emotions and make me feel something for it. With characters you can't help but like - my personal favourite being Grace - and an engaging plot, it's hard not to fall in love with this book. It's full of bittersweet moments and I love the way the characters friendships are played out. Everything about it seems so real - the characters are flawed and imperfect yet that's what makes them so likeable. I don't understand how this is the author's debut novel!? I loved it, and now I'm just starting to read her second book, which I have high hopes for, after Our Chemical Hearts. If you're looking for a contemporary read that will make you laugh and cry then this book is for you.
