This book had quickly became my favourite read of 2021

I decided to read Our Chemical Hearts, after hearing about the upcoming movie starring Lili Reinhart and I’m so glad I did!!
I ended up finishing it in 1 day because I was completely hooked by the first 2 pages!
I love the characters of Henry and Grace. I loved Henry’s friends. I loved how every character had a story but it never detracted from the main plot. I was so intrigued by Grace’s character and needed to know why. Why did she walk with a cane? Why did she wear men’s clothes? Why doesn’t she write anymore? Why was she so unkempt?
I loved the goofiness that was displayed between them , balanced so well with the heaviness of the “ bad Grace days ”.
I loved how nerdy Henry is and his need to draft and rewrite and edit everything before he can admit his feelings. The second I finished this book, I wanted to read it again and again.😍😍
