from reading the first impression, i know i will love this book very much. the first few paragraphs are from the point of view of a guy named henry who becomes intrigued by a girl named grace with a strong personality who isn’t afraid to speak her mind. i like how grace is not the average girl but rather someone who wears boys clothes and reads poetry and this is something henry is intrigued by. i also like how grace comes across as a sort of mystery as she uses walking stick and why she doesn’t drive. i like how henry found out how she originally was a very smily girly character but now doesn’t seem to care much for her appearance and can’t wait to read more about graces story’s and why she’s become the way she is. overall i loved the beginning of this book and the way it was written and am excited to read the rest to see how grace and henry’s relationship develops.
