It is interesting to read a story with a feature of the covid lockdown incorporated into it! I do think some people might find the subject matter a little difficult to deal with though.
The story centres around a meet up in a large country house, during the recent lockdown. The characters are all fascinating but they are called different names, which can be a little confusing. It was sometimes a bit tough to keep up with exactly who was being spoken about and when.
The dynamics and relationships are really interesting and make the story very relatable and readable. I enjoyed learning about the different characters and their motivations towards each other. I definitely read the book quickly and it kept my attention throughout.
