I’m so glad I came across this book! I loved the style of writing - it was nice to get both Daniel and Nadia’s point of view. I so badly wanted the two of them to meet and they almost did on a number of occasions, but luck was not on their side.
The plot focuses on Nadia, who is trying to turn her life around after splitting up with an ex. She tries to get the 7:30 tube to work every day, but sometimes misses it. However, also on this train is Daniel Weissman. He sees Nadia on the train and writes to her in the romantic ‘missed connections’ section, calling her ‘coffee spill girl’. This sets off the plot of the novel, where the two set off on a romantic journey of letters and missed opportunities to meet. However, it seems fate has a big part to play in their story! I would 100% reccomend!
