This is the perfect cute, romance read for summer. The sort of book you'll read on your sunlounger within a couple of days and which will leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling inside.
Nadia and Daniel take the same tube to work and start up a "conversation" via TfL's "missed connections" section. Somehow though they just keep managing to just miss each other. Not only through their own efforts via being Train Guy and Coffee Girl but even Nadia's friend tries to set them up, not realising they already "know" each other.
It does have a very Sliding Doors feel about it and you also know that, despite an unfeasible amount of near misses, they are going to get their happy ending.
There's another (obvious) secret romance running alongside and a bit of social commentary on consent/rape but nothing that really detracts from the main narrative.
I didn't really like the final chapter - seemed somewhat superfluous to me - but on the whole this is a fun, feel good read.
