I loved this and thought it was such a fun way to write a romance. As someone who commutes all the time and always reads the missed connections (hopefully looking for someone I recognise, as we all do!) and focusing a whole book around this was genius!
It was such a frustrating (in a good way!) read because you were so desperate for the protagonists to get together and meet - and having the chapters written by each character was such a clever way to develop the story. Although some of the missed connections felt a little too much, it really worked out as realistic - in a city like London people just don’t bump into each other! The ending was genuinely satisfying - it wasn’t perfect but it was honest and it felt really genuine and lovely. I loved reading this - and I don’t tend to read romances! I’d really recommend this to anyone, especially for a summer read!
