I think this is the perfect holiday read.
The cover is bright, catches your eye and if you judge a book by its cover you’ll definitely pick this up.
The story itself, It’s cute, funny and easy to read. It’s pure chic lit. The meet cute is well written and and it’s character driven which is perfect for this story. There near misses of the two meeting became slightly annoying and stressful but that’s not a negative.
It’s relatable, a lot of people post on social media etc to find people these days, it’s believable. There’s nothing worse than a far fetched storyline.
Although I wouldn’t say “I couldn’t put it down” it is a pleasant read.
I would say there is maybe an age limit on this.. I can’t see anyone 40+ enjoying it but I could be proved wrong.
