“She once heard that love shouldn’t be called ‘falling’, because the best love roots you, and makes you grow upwards, taller and stronger.”

Nadia gets the 7:30 train to work every day, well except when she sleeps in or wakes up hungover in her best friends flat. Daniel really does get the 7:30 train to work every day and he has no problems with missing it as since his father passed away he has been struggling to sleep.

One day on the train she happens to read the Missed Connections and reads “To the cute girl with the coffee stains on her dress. I’m the guy who’s always standing near the doors... Drink sometime?”

The book then follows Nadia and Daniel circling closer and closer to each other but when their date comes, something happens and they can’t actually meet.

I’m not a typical romance lover but I absolutely loved this one! I got huge Beth O’Leary vibes from this one, in the way that it was a romance but it also covers some very important topics alongside.
