I’ll preface by saying this book wasn’t for me - but that doesn’t mean it was a bad read. I prefer a bit more drama and a bit less cheese, but everyone else I’ve spoken to about this book absolutely loved it.
It’s a witty, light hearted tale of misconceptions in the modern age, featuring two likeable characters.
Our Stop would be a great holiday or commute read, something easy going, and there’s definitely some laugh out loud moment. Personally I found the sentences a bit simplistic.
I struggled to get into it at the start but as I read on I enjoyed it more and I did find myself rooting for the romance! Nadia was a funny wannabe-type A character, and Daniel’s disastrous notes were funny.
