I feel like this was an average book.
A typical will they, won;t they scenario that eventually ends with a happy ending.
Daniel meets Nadia, but doesn't know her name. She gets the same tube as her every day (if she wakes up on time) and he doesn't know how to approach her. With a little advice from his flat mate he decides to write to her in the Missed Connections section of the paper, hoping that she would read it and reply. And so continues a love letter style romance, with a lot of ups and downs. Missed dates, leading to dating someone completely different. But they do get there in the end, with a chance meeting and little help from their friends.
I would class this as a holiday read, slightly boring mid way but picks up at the end.
