Overall, I think it was a cute, light-hearted rom-com, perfect for when you're looking for something after a heavy read. I thought the element of 'pen-pal' relationship was cute and loved how Daniel was crushing on Nadia. However, I will say that the book was a little dragged and sometimes a bit ridiculous. I am all for 'fiction is not meant to be real, duhh' but I do think that it needs to be a little believable for the reader to be able to connect with the book. Though, for the most part, I found it enjoyable, sometimes I would lose the connecting thread with the novel due to some impractical coincidences that would take me right out of the world created by the novel and remind me how it was all simply a fictional story.
Nonetheless, it gave me the vibe of a nice summer read; something one would read to relax (and get reminded of how single they are lol).
