I actually hated reading this book.

I thought it would be a cute romance comedy about a couple keep missing each other over the years, and then finally managing to properly meet and be together.

In my opinion, it was borderline stalker-ish. Instead of actually reaching out and talking to the other person- who got the same train as them- the man decided to post a missed connections ad in the paper, giving out her details. This included the train she used, the times she was on, and even what she looked like. Surely this is a safety hazard?

I'm probably reading too much into it but it was just not a good book. I've had friends who have read it and thought very similar things, so it's not just a me thing. I know there is some level of disbelief you need to have when going into these books, but this genuinely put me in a reading slump for a couple of weeks because I hated it that much
