I loved the colour and the pic on the cover drew me in straight away my attention got me reading the back.
This is exactly the sort of book I would love to read what a perfect book for a chick lit fan. I haven’t heard of the author before but I would read her again, I found her like Carrie Hope Fletcher, Libby Page and Beth O’Leary amount my favourite authors.
Some would say it’s millennial You’ve got Mail with the internet and Daily Crush and their own hashtag on Twitter.
I did find parts preachy and not genuine romance, the author is good and tries to appeal to those older millennials that are sceptical about love but some parts irretrievably we are told and not shown of Daniels charm and ways to make him the perfect man for Nadia. It’s a feel good book but I do get the feminist reviews and all the whole woke business. I understand why this book wouldn’t be for everyone but I enjoyed the characters and the over all read even if it was name droppy like Soho Farm House.
Not to be taken too serious but nice story all the same even if it was a little dragged out.
