Something to take in your suitcase for a beach holiday
This is an easy read, sweet - possibly verging on sickly at times, relatively pacey towards the end with enough twists and turns to keep you turning the pages.
Our Stop starts a little slow and I did struggle to get into the novel. The premise that a man is watching you on a train and writes to a newspaper to tell the world that he is doing just that and that he would like to take you for coffee is a little weird and creepy. I think the premise that we are all looking for someone based on what they look like grated on me a little and although there is a hint to suggest that Daniel liked Nadia not only because she was beautiful, but because of a conversation he heard her having with her boss is a little far fetched.
This is a book that is probably best read with a glass of vino in hand in some far flung beach holiday. Not strenuous, feel-good, sickly sweet and an easy holiday read that will be just up the street of many!
I was provided with a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review, all opinions are my own. Many thanks to Readers First for the opportunity to review this book.
