I read this book during my summer holiday in Corfu. I think I finished it in a day and a half. It was such a lovely book and I really liked the two main characters, Daniel and Nadia. Daniel notices Nadia every day when he gets on his morning train for the commute to work. He wants to ask her out but struggles to pluck up the courage. In a bid to get Nadia's attention he places an ad in the 'Missed Connections' section of a local paper. This generates quite a buzz and soon their love story is trending on Twitter. It felt as though you weren't reading the book alone and were following along with half of the commuters in London! Although the story is fairly predictable I felt that because I so liked the two characters I was rooting for them to get together. Nadia is delightfully flaky and quite often misses her 7.30am train, despite the best of intentions (who can't relate?)! There are a number of near misses and at one point it seems as though its just never going to happen, although of course you know it will.

I really enjoyed this sweet, cheerful romantic comedy and was exactly the sort of holiday read I would recommend to my friends.
