Reading this book and woah, off at high speed from the get go. A teenage lad whose powers start manifesting post puberty, his best mate from childhood who is like a sister to him, her boyfriend and a gay classmate with a big crush on him although not sure he is gay… he is; these are the main characters met so far… I love the speed the narrative moves at, and teenagers often live their lives at this speed so very relatable.
