The perfect YA read!
After reading the blurb even though it was a small snippet I knew this book was for me! Right from the start I was intrigued by Steven and his powers, he’s classed as an emomancer which I thought was such an awesome unique touch.
There’s tons of adventure in this read and you get to hang out with the mc as he runs away to protect others from his powers. I loved the lgbtq rep in this book and I really enjoyed the side characters Freya and her boyf, there is definitely lots of humour in this read which kept me locked in though out, I was definitely laughing along side these group of teens.
As someone currently living in England I loved seeing all the British references and little words you hear over here! If you’re looking for a YA book with superhero’s, twists and turns and a unique plot this is definitely a book for you!
